Airport Express E-Ticket to Hotels in Hong Kong

Taking airport express is the most convenient way to your hotel on the first day arriving in Hong Kong.  Your Airport express ticket is valid for a free return ride to the airport in 30 days.  The train departs every 10 minutes from the airport between 6am and 11pm.  Your E-ticket is a separate ticket with Square QR code that you need to receive from local tour supplier.  You can use a mobile device to download the QR Code image(s) and pass through the designated gate directly.  The access scanner at the station will not not read the bar code shown on Viator's voucher.   If you have not received the QR Code image(s) by email 48 hours before you fly to Hong Kong, please contact local tour supplier immediately.

      • The Airport Express Round Trip Ticket QR Code entitles the passenger to two Airport Express journeys. The passenger must use the same QR Code to travel to and from the designated station.
      • Your ticket is valid for 60 days before and 30 days after your arrival day in Hong Kong.
      • Passengers using the Free In-town Check-in service should use the same QR Code for the service beforehand.
      • Between Hong Kong or Kowloon station and major hotels. Free airport express shuttle bus leaves in every 20 minutes between 06:00 to 23:00.
      • If you take a taxi between your hotel and Tsing Yi, Hong Kong or Kowloon station, the taxi fare will be paid by yourself
      • All airport express tickets are non-refundable. QR Code cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for other tickets once it is used.
